Ticket Sales Policies

General Information

Tickets may be purchased online, by phone or at the box office.

To Purchase Tickets online: Tickets may be purchased online via credit card. Online ticket sales are handled by a third-party provider and patrons are responsible for adhering to their terms of service with regard to transactions conducted on their site. You will have the opportunity to print a ticket purchase confirmation which you must bring to the performance.

To Purchase Tickets by phone: Call (860) 705-9711. Tickets purchased via phone will be available at the box office on the night of the performance and your seat(s) will be held until 15 minutes prior to curtain.

To purchase tickets at the door: Tickets will be sold at the door beginning one hour prior to each performance.

Event Restrictions

Seating is limited and advanced ticket purchase is recommended.

  • General Admission$20.00
  • Student Discount$18.00
  • Senior Citizen Discount$18.00

Group Rates: Parties of 10 or more receive a 10% discount off the total ticket order. Please call (860) 705-9711 for more information and to purchase tickets at the group rate.

When picking up or purchasing tickets (online, via phone or at the door), students must present a valid high school or college student ID and senior citizens must present proof of age at the door in order to receive the discounted ticket rate. We reserve the right to refuse admittance if the above conditions are not met.

No refunds or exchanges will be offered.

Returned Check Policy

Payments made by check to ETC that are not honored by the bank will incur a returned check fee of $25. When a check is returned, ETC reserves the right to require payment by cash, money order or certified funds.
